Thanks to the designer of Xammp, now there is an easy way to create you own server and stop thinking about your host limitations!

With Xammp, you can easily install Apache server with MySQL, PHP, PEAR, PERL, OpenSSL, FileZilla FTP Server and Mercury Mail.

Although you need some programming knowledge to use it, it's not too difficult!
